About Steph
I've been living and breathing podcasting since 2017. What started as a decompression project became a full career, and over the past six plus years I've built up an obsessive level of knowledge about what actually makes podcasts grow.
I've spoken at podcasting at International Podcast Day and the Podfest AI Summit. I've also been featured in the book Podcasting in a Platform Age, interviewed on podcasts across the industry, and helped create communities like Global Podcast Editors and Podcast Review Day. I know this space deeply, and I stay current because I genuinely love it.
I'm originally from New York, studied engineering in California, taught English across Asia, and now live in Spain. I bring that same mix of structure, curiosity and cross-cultural perspective to every podcast I work on.
